My name is Garret Sip Toffey. In my South Jersey back yard on my motorcycle, July 3, 2006 I am getting ready to ride to my best friends in Northwest Jersey, and before riding, I fall off floor, no-speech, aphasia, and I have paralysis in my right face, right arm, right knee and right foot. I had a STROKE! That was 12 years ago, and I am still finding new ways to do everything for myself.
Monday, December 17, 2018 afternoon me and Bill driving north 10 minutes to LibertyDisspensoryPA.com, 8900 Krewstown Road - two bottles, strip Dream Tincture, and around two am, in the dining room bottle, Dream Tincture No. 9.
Next day at 10:19 am, almost wake up, but first-time cannabis, more sleeping in bed! Afternoon on the desktop Internet searching for me, two: 32longgrabber.com and GrabberTrigger.com!

My Evil: Started Smoking At seventeen to stroke! I joined him when I was 17, in the summertime, just hanging out. In the beginning I smoked only Marlboro Lights and only one or two cigarettes a day to stroke! 
Marijuana, eighteen to sroke! In 1972, at age 18, I smoked marijuana for the first time with my brother Kyle. It was summer in Tenafly, NJ, and up in the attic, Kyle offered me my first joint. I smoked with him but didn't know-high. However, next day in the attic, Kyle gave me more pot and this time I got high and I liked it! My friends and I
Cocaine to stroke! in college at East North Carolina University, I had tried coke 4 or 5 times. After that I didn't touch coke. But about spring, 2000, new home in Pennsauken, NJ and when I started hanging out with my old friends, south east P.A. But I started doing cocaine regularly, many weekends and week day.
The last time I did cocaine was 1 pm on July 3rd, 2006, 1:30 pm, backyard, black back bag in motorcycle, but stroke.
My God: Four churches - Episcopal Church Paramus, after born to first summer, 1961 and in freshmen Tenafly High School in in N.J., Alden Union Church, 1985 to 2000, and after stroke, 2011 to 2015 in Pennsauken, N.J.
Almost four years ago in 2015 before breakfast, before dinner, and before bed, Bible Book, “God Lord Jesus, prying to me, Good and Bad Habit! But thank to Lord. Aman.”
Summer '66 my parents to me repeat the six grades.

In the early summer, 1966, my parents made a tough decision and held me lay back to repeat the six grades. All, I could think about was my best friend Steve was moving on to the seven grades without me. Sad, and hard to slow spelling words and grammar in my child!
We had just started attending a new middle school. He was now going forward, and I was repeating the six grade. One or two times, I just visited the library after school and then went home. Eventually I learned to make new friends with me new classmates in the fall!
Four years old walking to General Store… Candy!
Almost four years old in summer, Terhune Avenue, four house dead-end, turn north haft blocs to corner across a street right haft building-house, General Store, inside, candy!

Three years in 1966 to 1969 in inside of general store – candy! One time my mom and I to Dentist office in Paramus, in 1967-68, Dentist to my teeth - “21 cavity!”
